Brie en Croute	A 2 pound wheel of creamy brie cheese topped with honey and walnuts and wrapped in puff pastry.	serves 24
Chicken Satay	2 pounds of chicken tenders in a fresh peanut sauce.  We'll supply the skewers separately.	serves 12
Crab Cakes	A pound of Maryland Blue crab is combined with breadcrumbs, mayo, lemon juice, and herbs to form 12 appetizer size cakes. Bake or saute when guests arrive.	yields 12 appetizers
Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp	12 large shrimp are wrapped in prosciutto and dredged in a little flour.  Serve with the sweet and sour sauce that we'll supply.	12 pieces
Coconut Crusted Shrimp	12 large shrimp are coated with our signature Malibu coconut breading. Serve with the sweet and sour sauce we'll supply.	12 pieces
Spinach Balls	Spinach is blended with stuffing mix, feta, onion, and herbs and rolled into bite-sized portions. They bake up easily from frozen.	serves 12
Tuxedo Nuggets	1 1/2 pounds of all white meat chicken chunks are coated in a mixture of black & white sesame seeds. Serve them with the sweet & sour sauce we provide. They'll look so festive on your buffet. These can be cooked from frozen.	serves 12
