Sizzling Kabobs (zipper bag)

Our delicious shoulder tenderloin is cut for melt-in-your-mouth “meat only” kabobs. The beef marinates in a savory mixture of red wine and herbs, with a little hot sauce for optional sizzle. It will become your new summer favorite.

Limit one order per customer, please.

 

Maple Glazed Salmon (zipper bag)

Great for the grill or oven this dish has both savory and sweet flavors that the entire family will enjoy.  Serve it with our Sizzling Kabobs for a nice surf and turf dinner. 

 

Fiesta Turkey Burger (9x12 pan)

Combine fresh ground turkey with shredded Monterey Jack cheese, red peppers and onion for a healthy and flavorful twist on your ordinary burger. Ole!

 

Fresh Blueberry Crepes (9x12 pan)

We know you wait all year for these and finally blueberries are in season! Prepare crepes filled with fresh Michigan blueberries, ricotta cheese, cream cheese and cinnamon. Serve something unique, and on the lighter side, for your summer Sunday brunch. Many will order 2 and others special order even more!

 

Chipotle Lime Chicken (zipper bag)

A new sweet and sour glaze that is perfect for our 5 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast. We combine orange marmalade, chipotle in adobo, and fresh lime for brushing on the fillets while grilling.

 

Shrimp Gazpacho (zipper bag)

A zesty blend of herbs, spices, and select vegetables combined to make a rich, refreshing tomato base. You may choose to add shrimp or keep it completely vegetarian. Serve this soup chilled with our Ciabatta sandwich and impress your backyard company.

 

Penne with Sausage and Peppers (zipper bag)

Don’t feel like grilling tonight? Serve this pasta dish with at least a pound of sweet Italian sausage, fresh peppers and onion, tomato and herbs in every order. We’ll give you the pasta to take home and cook fresh. It is a quick meal to have on hand to serve those “surprise” dinner guests. They will think you prepared all day!

 

Chicken Caesar Ciabatta (freezer foil)

Chicken and a special Caesar dressing, that you create, and our Chop Shop family Ciabatta loaf, bake up full of flavor. This warm and hearty sandwich is perfect for dinner on the run. Hail Caesar (and hail Mom)!

 

Grilled Chicken w/Fresh Oregano (zipper bag)

Simple and fresh ingredients like lemon, oregano and olive oil will flavor our lean boneless breasts. You decide on the final presentation, like over a bed of salad or pasta. The options are endless with this dish, so a double order is recommended.

 

Firecracker Chicken (zipper bag)

Celebrate beautiful summer weekends with our quick and delicious chicken breasts with a Jamaican jerk inspired season. Adjust the bang to suit your taste. These are ready on the grill in minutes!

 

Pork Spare Ribs (zipper bag)

Prepare a sweet and savory barbeque sauce to mop on these St. Louis pork ribs. They are bigger and meatier than back ribs and pre-smoked to ensure tenderness. Great on the grill or oven baked. Limit one order per customer, please.

 

Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks (zipper bag)

This Asian inspired marinade, featuring teriyaki, is the ideal sauce for this kid-friendly chicken dish. Be prepared for those unexpected neighborhood kids-for-dinner this summer or cook them up at your next picnic!
