Late Summer Pasta Bolognese (Zipper Bag)

Make a fresh sauce with marinara and ground turkey, then sneak in some coarsely grated zucchini. We’ll supply a pound of pasta for you to cook fresh at home. The kids will love the flavor and never know it’s good for them! Make this a double!

Stadium Strata (9 x 12 Foil Pan)

Bake it ahead, wrap it tight and you will be ready for kick off.  Our Strata will serve 8 easily, even more if your tailgate is pot luck. Our Stadium version combines the bread and eggs with fresh broccoli, sausage and mozzarella. Feel free to make this vegetarian.

Chicken Enchiladas (9 x 12 Foil Pan)

Our husbands’ favorite is back by popular demand! Flour tortillas and all white meat chicken are covered in a cheesy tomato sauce.  Order it with black bean for a vegetarian alternative. It’s a great school night option to hold ‘em through a big homework night.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Panini (Freezer Foil)

Here’s something new from our kitchen this month. These are versatile and tasty panini sandwiches.  Layer the chicken, ham and Swiss cheese and top it with creamy mustard. No worries if you don’t own a Panini press-they can be prepared in a pan or oven as well.

Serve it with our corn and bean soup when a very hearty meal is in order.

Lemon Thyme Chicken (Zipper bag)

Glaze our all natural boneless chicken breasts with fresh lemon, thyme and a house made balsamic reduction.  What sounds fancy is really simple and delicious. After you try these, you will want them again and again.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs (Zipper Bag)

The tangy flavor you expect with ribs-without all the fuss. You’ll prepare the BBQ sauce-the ribs are ready cooked.  Smother them in sauce and be ready to eat tender back ribs in less than a half hour. Limit one per order please.

Chicken w Basil Caper Vinaigrette (Zipper Bag)

Jammin Meatballs (Zipper Bag)

The sauce featuring a little jam and chili sauce is boss with these beef meatballs.  Serve them for dinner over rice or noodles or save them for an easy crock pot appetizer for your next get together.

Heartland Chicken (Zipper Bag)

Kids will especially love our marinated leg quarters (bone in) that bakes or grills crispy.  A little maple syrup adds a hint of sweetness when combined with savory herbs, garlic and Dijon.
