Pan Asian Beef (Zipper Bag)

Based on classic Asian flavors like sesame, green onion, soy and garlic, this savory-sweet dish is versatile.  Roast, grill or even slice and stir-fry the steak and serve wrapped in lettuce leaves for premium take-out at home!  Limit one per order please.

 

Garlic n Lime Chicken (Zipper Bag)

Mild garlic flavor with a hint of fresh lime make our 5 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts ideal for sautéing in a skillet or late fall grilling. Enjoy them alone, or cut up to make fajitas or to add to your next fresh salad.

 

Chops and Tops (Foil Packets)

Don’t miss our meaty 6oz bone-in pork chops in this all-in-one meal. Six individual foil packets will layer the pork, veggies and potatoes with just the right amount of seasoning.  Bake them up one at a time or cook them all if the whole family is home.

 

Li’l Joes (Zipper Bag)

Our beefy Sloppy Joes are in a rich tomato sauce with a slight sweet flavor.  Serve them on the mini Hawaiian rolls we supply and eat two, they’re li’l!

 

Flat Out Sandwich Bar (Freezer Foil)

Make up six Flat Out sandwiches with your choice or either turkey or roast beef.  Add cheese and your preference dressing.  They are as tasty as they are practical.  These hearty wraps are perfect for dinner on the go or a special lunchbox surprise.

 

Crunchy Tilapia (9 x 12 Foil Pan)

This mild white fish is at the dredging station ready for a crunchy coating.  Bake it up in a hurry and don’t forget to purchase our famous Mac n Cheese side dish as the perfect accompaniment.

 

Country Pasta with Provolone (9 x 12 Foil Pan)

Everyone will want to try our Orecciette (little ears) pasta bake that is layered in a blend of three cheeses, broccoli and pasta sauce with bacon (or meatless if desired).  This dish is perfect for those sports team dinners or the next time you need a hearty dish to feed a crowd.

 

Chicken Rustica (Zipper Bag)

A new Chop Shop entrée borrowed from our local Fox station is perfect for your Dutch oven or crock pot. Combine a whole chicken (bone-in quarters) with onion, carrot, tomatoes, mushrooms and herbs for the perfect late fall supper.

 

BBQ Bat Wings! (Zipper Bag)

Serve our meaty barbeque bat wings to your little devils this Halloween season when a fun family meal is in order.  We only use the meaty first two digits of the wing and smother them in a tangy sauce ready for the crock pot or oven.  Make sure plenty of napkins are on hand!


Smoked Salmon Scramble (Zipper Bag)

We love to just scramble this up, but you could also turn it into a beautiful quiche or frittata. Eggs, smoked salmon, creamy cheese and herbs are combined to make this light dinner or brunch item.  It’s everything but the bagel! 

 

Herbed Chicken Breast (Zipper Bag)

Easy to prepare and easy to cook, this boneless skinless breast is mixed in a savory vinaigrette of herbs, lemon, balsamic and Dijon.  Great flavor, along with excellent nutritional values makes this a Chop Shop favorite.

 

Autumn Chowder (Zipper Bag)

Tomatoes, squash, beans, corn and rice—all the goodness of autumn mixed together for your family.  We are buying the best seasonal veggies and herbs for this one.  It has great taste and protein but without meat when a vegetarian entrée is desired.
